Why is Dole still so popular with NC AA voters? Has Hagan done something to upset that demographic? It just seems odd to me that nearly 25% of the AA vote is going to split voting for Obama and Dole.
Dole has lots and gets her "message" out, Hagan has less and can not get her message out as well.
Dole also has the "name" and Hagan needs to fight that.
