I know you two have had it out, but I think you should know that she's definitely not a troll. She's a smart lady and one of my dearest online friends. I value her opinion very much, and I hope you will trust me well enough to consider revising your opinion of her.

I don't agree with everything she says, and I know she doesn't agree with everything I say. Nevertheless, I always appreciate what she writes. And thank you for listening. There are a lot of people around here who just hit things off the wrong way. I've got some people I expect I'll never get along with, too.
